Use the forgotten password option several times. Unless the new user has need to install new apps or access parts of the file system. Downloading the app to see if it will let you in to change / update it in the settings. This may not exist yet since it is my understanding that PayPal Savings as a whole is relatively new. There are two types of user you can create: Standard and Administrator.

Does anyone know how to connect this kind of account to Mint? I am able to use the base “PayPal” connector to connect just my PayPal balance and the other PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto connector to see a duplicate account of my PayPal account balance and also my PayPal Mastercard Credit Card but not my PayPal savings account balance. Otherwise, click the link to log in with your email.

I just started to use PayPal Savings, a savings account service integrated directly into PayPal provided by Synchrony Bank, as my primary savings account due to it’s nice integration with PayPal and high savings interest rate. So, I should be able to go into my Paypal settings and say 'trust without 2 factor authentication' and it would assign a key (guid, long string of characters, whatever) specifically for that effectively would be mint's password into my Paypal account.
